| ^agreed generic wigs that can be styled to fit most characters would probably be easiest and having basic short med long in these colours etc |

| Definitely would be keen for this and would definitely buy from you.
Basically what other people have been saying, long, medium and short wigs, in a range of colours, particularly white in case people needed to dye them a specific colour/gradient dye them. Perhaps for an extra cost you could pre-style them? Oh, and clip-on ponytails. Something like a Miku wig [or vocaloid in general] would be good since that seems to be quite a popular cosplay choice. |

| I would totally buy from you! One of the biggest problems I think you'll have is what makes you better than an established company with a huge range overseas. Right now, I can get a wig for $50 or thereabouts from CosWorx - I would much prefer to buy from you, because you are awesome and also it will work out cheaper. BUT would you be able to provide consistent stock? Consistent quality? How long would it take? I SOUND MEAN. I DON'T MEAN TO. D:
That said though, any small business starting up has to take into account a bajillion different things, and I think it is an idea that could work really really well. A niche trader in NZ would be FAB and you have a lot of the expertise and contacts required to make it work! <3 |

| Hey guys~ Thanks for all your feedback! Ive been in contact with a potential wig manufacturer.
http://www.honey-wig.com/ These are the wigs I might get. They are heat resistant and come in various colours and styles. To help me out, please pick out the wigs that you think would be most popular in regards to style and colour. I am not taking individual orders, just so you know. I will be only getting ones that are popular. And maybe if this goes well, I will order some more different unusual styles. : D
http://www.honey-wig.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=116 The above link has the wigs categorised to different colours. Its in Japanese but I think if you translate the page using google chrome or something it should be fine. They have an english version of the site, but its REALLY buggy. *facepalm* And there are no products featured so technically its useless hahaha.
Because they are heat resistant, they will more expensive than non-heat resistant wigs. _________________

| I think really basic styles would be good, like the old Cosworx ones; wisp & clover would be good. And a shorter one that's easily spikeable. As for colours I guess just basics, with some lighter ones that would be easy enough to dye?
Those wigs look really nice *A* |

| So you intend to fork out money to hold a limited stock? I would say that taking individual orders and shipping every three months would be an easier way to go. It establishes you as being able to supply not only cheaply, but custom stuff you can't get in NZ. And avoids to much in the way of up front costs and space, etc. Or every time you order bring in a few more standard ones, but it doesn't do any harm to take orders for specific wigs as well. Money is money, and a sale is a sale, especially during startup.
I probably won't, although I haven't looked at all the stock. I did note they actuall have a green wig though. Not the one I want unfortunately. |

| I think that's a pretty good idea, I think it was, Shangri-la? Did the same as well. She earnt quite a lot of money. Generally, pretty much in any decent wholesale in China with wigs would be great quality. There are even wholesales in China that sells direct cosplay wigs from Japan. (Since it seems the sales are directing at the cosplayers first) You just need to find the right ones, and plus, decent wig stores in New Zealand is quite expensive, so, I would probably buy the wigs around the 30 - 40 dollar price. |

I think this is a good idea but the appeal of a shop based in NZ is last minute wig shopping for me.... _________________
