This is the character. Notice how the gold rings and belt haven't been made yet, nor has the fitting been completed? That's what not finished means. Wink (And I'm sure there's more things that need to be done that I haven't spotted because I'm not the one making it, too.)

That is incredible! I love the amount of details in there already. <3

Just wondering, how did you do the piping? I've searched for a tutorial and all I can find are the ones that gets covered by the fabric. Yours look way better.

@Selphiroth: Er, mine is...covered by fabric...? It's cord, inside bias-cut fabric, which is folded and stitched close to the cord to leave a flap that gets sewn into a seam :) And a pain in the ass to make and work with!

YES! I love piping but it is so fiddly to work with - I start off making the strips perfectly 45 then I get all lazy *meh it's diagonal*

Gah, I hate piping. It makes every seam you sew twice as hard. And then you have to figure out how to join up sections. Hate hate hate. Love the effect you get though!

oki, finally got time to do Len's vest tail coat thingy, just need to add buttons and a giant bow to the butt lol

recalculated the pope's gold trim stuff (that I am now brave enough to get) thought it was 20m before, turns out I need about 40m+ of it DD:
so... about $160-200 *headdesk headdesk headdesk*
