PM me! Very Happy I'm all ears. So are you sewing along the pin lines, or in between them? I'm just wondering how it all works in case I ever need to do the same.

Along the pin lines - I could use chalk, but I keep losing my damn pencil and my coloured pencils don't come out so good. The pellon I'm using is super lightweight, and iron-on, but I'm still a bit paranoid about it slipping/bunching. So the pins might be a pain in the arse, but they are doing a pretty good job of keeping everything in place :) Im sewing all the lines going one way, then pinning and sewing the others.

Tonight I cut out all the pieces for my imitation Black!Len dress, apart from the sleeves, and all the pieces for my persona 4 jacket apart from the sleeves.

I started looking around/getting prices for my Sera Myu Mercury cosplay and found it's going to take a lot of money to get all the pieces together!!! Shocked The cool thing is that I found one of the shades of blue/turquoise I needed for under layer of the skirts, so yay!! The down side is that I can't seem to find the right shades of blue pvc for the boot covers or the turquoise metallic lame I need for the bows... Can you ask Spotlight to order in a particular colour if they already have the type of fabric needed? Or else I have found some of the fabric I needed online but through the US so shipping plus fabric could make me broke. sad

@Sakura_Petals: you can, kiiiinda...they're not good at ordering in stuff they don't already carry somewhere else. With PVC they only have one colour blue, so you might be better off experimenting with colouring it. In Neimhaille's "how to dye EVERYTHING!" thread she has a bit on colouring PVC I think? Otherwise Google should be able to help :)

I see the school shirt. xD

It looks like it'll be rainy and horrible so I'll probably be sewing all weekend.
Have worked out how to Flandre's wings and maybe make them light up [does anyone know how much LEDs are?]

I wanna do a red tartan and white lolita outfit but I'm not sure how it'll turn out >///< have never made anything like it, but I have such a nice pattern for it...

Yay Progress!

Spoiler:

The top part of my Len dress. I need to make the band tighter, So i'll Unpick it shortly and re-pin it C:

It sits funny cause it's just safety pinned at the back. It's looking good so far. I think I'll have to go buy some trimming soon too >;

And I should add boning but IDK how >_> I've never used it before.

Final fitting on my Xena Corset. Need to make the back panels shorter because I need to leave a gap in the back in case I loose more weight before I want to wear it. Hopefully pics tonight.
