STUDY STEREOTYPE
series' theme: asian stereotyping

This was actually my first ever photoshoot with my new DSLR (taken in may... i think maybe iunno). This was supposed to be the first part of my asian stereotyping series (therefore, this came before any of the other photos already shown in this forum), but was scrapped and only used in my 'research photos' section =P In total I had taken over 200 photos. I'm a little snap happy haha. Enjoy.

All of those put together emphasise JUST HOW AMAZING HER LEGS ARE.

Yes, tammy also must have chosen an appropriate position from which to shoot the picture - either very low, or perhaps even lying down, a most fitting position for any aspiring photographer!
We all know that such good composition could only be achieved by lying on your back camera up.
The only thing that could make it more impressive would be if Shizu were wearing a short skirt, but in life we must all settle for small compromises.

Agreeee~ I like the first one. Looks a little posey (I mean; who stands like that, with the book open, fingers to glasses, etc IRL?) ^~^;; but the theme is certainly conveyed...and it looks really cool. Haha ~!

Second one is my favourite, though the cropping of her shoulder is distracting. I like how she's positioned to the left and think it leaves more of an impression than the others beloew because of the colours (of the books, pretttty).

I prefer these over the other sets you have put up, but that's probably from my personal tastes. The angles are interesting and these photos captured my attention more than the others.

I actually like the first one the best, and not just because of the legs. I say 'just' ( Razz

) because they do actually lead the eye up throughout the image, it's a good one to make you look a bit longer. The others are really nice, and technically very good (sharp, well-exposed, good tone) but a little flatter; they look like something I'd see in a prospectus or ad material! They do look very professional though, well done you :)
