White facepaint/make up? (help for a friend)
By Narya. 20/06/10, 07:58 pm |
| OK so a friend wants to look like this for a party http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/photo.php?pid=1336046&id=1325337528 How would you acheive that? We've worked out that white acrylic and moisturiser works better than white facepaint - any other hints anyone can share? |

| App. link is broken, so i couldnt see the ref pic, but for one of my cosplays ages back where i needed a full white face i used http://www.sinister.co.nz/shop/COSMETICS/Face/Manic+Panic+-+Dreamtone.html pretty good C: i bought it and got it the next day, its easy to use, though you have to layer it on, and i only had to reapply a couple of times that day [i touched up with some white powder i bought from same store] due to perspiration, but overall good product C: |

| Mix moisturiser with face paint. In about a 70% moisteriser / 30% facepaint mix. Then rub it into the skin. I used this method here
Also people talked about different ways here

| Another option: http://kheyarrta.webs.com/apps/photos/photo?photoid=84626374
This was done using Kryolan and normal make-up. I have also used it for vampire make-up for a party. It is water-based so if an outdoor event you may need to consider other options

Hope this helps =) |

| 'Minifies' have professional stage makeup, I have used their 'Television white' I think it was called and it worked really well, for a vampire costume. https://www.minifies.co.nz/ |
