@Phlaming Phoenix- Absolute latest would have to be the weekend of Doujin Overload July 25th. But be warned, if we reach 25 ppl by then (at the moment, we're only about 6 or 7) I will close the event. Also, the later you are, you won't get as much access to the Members Area of the A.I.D.A. website and the backstory, so you will have to be a brand new A.I.D.A. member and work things out mostly on the night.
So there are definite benefits to getting in as early as possible.

Sweet, thanks Tails. I'll let you know once Ive sorted out the venue.

Which reminds me, we've officially reached 10 people signed up with another 3 pending character sheet completion, so the A.I.D.A. website will go live this weekend. It will offer more of the backstory, and don't be alarmed over the next month or so if any of the NPCs (non-playable characters) start emailing you In-Character(IC) info... it should all tie in to the overall plot later on.
Also, please note that you must be IC when you start posting on the website though I won't be opening the forums till later on- and will heavily edit any out-of-character(OOC) comments.

IC=In Character; IC discussion should be done on the AIDA website
OOC=Out of Character; OOC discussion can be done here.
NPC=Non Playable Characters; in this case, the AIDA founders.

Hope this makes sense.

@BeDemmy- that would be great. This is my first time organising one, so Im trying to put in all the ideas Ive ever thought of, into it- which is to say, a lot of ideas.

That way I can see what works, and what doesn''t and re-run the same scenario in Dunedin or Christchurch. So in a way, you guys will be my test-subjects, but also I get to be a lot more complex and creative than I would with my later projects.
