yes! you are allowed to roll into each other, but not members of the public (as there is a police box right in the square). if we get more people, i'm also considering notifying the press about it...

Like I said before, my budget is pretty tight right now, so my costume might not be as nice as other ones xD;

Also, could anyone link me a tutorial on how to make Pesos round head?

i'll be sending out a pattern once uni finishes and life calms down, so that's not a problem. i'm not sure there'll be a tutorial for peso's head, but i could work something out and msg it to you? (i have to help my flatmate make shikao, who has a weird shaped head as well.)

This might be a maybe for me. D8 I have other cosplays that must be done.
Me and Shayna are doing a duo(secretsecret =O), and then I'm doing another cosplay to match somebody else at the con so I can attack and glomp them. =( It sucks there's only two days of chchgeddon. </3
But if stuff happens before chchgeddon that change either of those plans, I'm still keen. =3

YES that would be amazing! i was going to notify them there'd be a flashmob going on when we schedule it for so we might get something in the paper for it, but that would just be so cool! i'll keep trying to get more people to join in, as well. B) this is going to be so spectacular.
