Update: Ze Pervy Kappa and Chun Li have pulled out because of lack of money. This is why I asked for people to be sure they can commit first. All things considered I am going to pull out too.

This means there is room for one more person now.

Please note the update:

So far we plan to have;
Four bunk room: Friday and Saturday.

I'm thinking about it - but i didnt want to mess with it considering i've been having interesting fun times trying to defend myself when i dont need to LOL. But i need a place to stay considering i wont be going home that night.

I think Cyren (Minato Mori?) was looking for someplace cause Corum was telling me about it a while back.

Yes, if you PLEASE could highlander i would definatley like a spot ^_^ do we pay you for the booking, or do we pay then?

Um, no deatils yet guys. But the max we can fit in a room is 6, but they also have 4 bunk rooms. Don't know how many of either, or how long they will last. Twin rooms are more expensive, $58, so like @29 each.
So I guess we need confirmed numbers, and nights, as quick as possible.

I am going down friday evening, and leaving sunday night, so am only looking at booking Friday/Sat. But nothing stopping others booking Sunday as well.

PS. I though Reiko/Cyren and others were going to stay at a motel?

PPS. If people could like PM me their full names (first/last) if I don't have them, and a contact (probably cell) number. Then I can supply that to the backpackers, and you can get settled in whenever you turn up.

PPPS, does anyone need picked up from/dropped off to the airport.
I can't pick up. But may as well see what we can organise.

But even tho i could give my aunt's motel business it's like almost 200 bucks a night for a group room - and it's max 4.

- I still should see if ladykirby and anyone else that aren't close enough to town need spots >_<

Yeah me,scott, sam and nat need to find a place so if you have a 4 bedroom dorm that would be sweet! although $50 a night don't sound tooooo bad either *shrugs*

That would make 10 of us, enough to fill up a 6 and a 4 bedroom. nodnod Highlander is the one to talk to about this, I believe he is booking the rooms.

I dunno, some of us are going back with Highlander myself on sunday, he is thinking of going back monday, we will have to wait and see I guess.

I'm only doing the backpackers cyren cause LMAO - i can't afford more than the 27 dollar room - Commodore Motels is awesome yes - but for the amount of time i'm actually going to NEED a room? LOL I'm only needing Saturday night as i live in dunedin anyways (just not close enough to town to get away with not doing it. XD)

If i need to pay for friday i'll see what i can do - but i'm definatley interested, so i can do more than a maybe :)

Hi Glenn

Thanks for those details. I am able to book a six bed bunk room for you, however you would need to pay for all six beds to have exclusive use of the room and given that you will have a baby then this would be necessary. Otherwise, I would suggest that you consider a twin room and a four bed share which may be more comfortable. I have tentatively booked the six bed room. To confirm the booking I would ask for a deposit of $162 ($27x6) being first night's accommodation. Please pay this directly into our bank account and I will confirm the booking on receipt of the funds.

They are asking for the the first night in advance. I can either ask to secure it with a credit card and we pay when we get there, or maybe we all pay the whole lot up front? What is easiest guys? (But I will bill anyone who just does not show.)

So at the moment we have enough for a 6 bunk, and Cyren has enough for a 4 bunk, and then Reiko wants a bunk too, but for one night?

I don't mind either way, although the earliest I can pay is wednesday. nodnod Have you made up your mind on if you are leaving sunday night or staying? Might be helpful to know, either is fine by me. nodnod
