Ok, there's already another thread for it, but since i know not everyone reads the entire forum it's probably sensible to put it in the Marketplace aswell.

A joint effort between the Society for the Promotion of Cosplay Culture (SPCC), and Little-Noise Photography to produce the 2010 Cosplay New Zealand Calendar.

All subjects featured in the calendar are New Zealand Cosplayers, based from Auckland all the way down to Dunedin.

Now selling at ~~$10~~ $5 - that's below cost for over 12 pages of cosplay awesomeness.

Calendars can be either:
1) Picked up - Wellington Local
2) Posted - $3 - can do up to 3 or 4 in a single envelope.
3) Couriered - $5 - Signature Tracked ticket - likewise can do up to ~4 in a single envelope.

Price dropped. We still have a pile we need to clear, and obviously as the year progresses their calendar value does diminish somewhat. Please be aware tho, these were fundraising for the ball, and basically they can't really go much lower than this before they cease to raise funds. sad

For anyone thats buying one, please transfer funds to this account and PM me when you've done so, that way I can check if they've cleared or not. Also don't forget to include postage costs when you pay, and tell me where i'm sending it to.

Also as noted, there is a price difference between SPCC members and general public. It's now only $2 difference with the latest price drop, but if you'd like to get membership it's still currently $5 covering you until 31st March. New membership term starts 1st April.

OK, as we announced - price dropped to $10 to clear them - thats less than they cost to produce for over 12 pages of cosplay awesomeness.

Ok, we've still got half a box of these things sitting here, uptake was a whole lot less than we expected. There's only another couple of months left to go, in the year, and whilst I'm sure Static would love to do another calendar next year, the sales don't really support it.

If you're still interested in one, a gift for a friend, an example of what cosplay is, a christmas present, or just a memento of 2010, buy em now. Once they're gone, they're gone, don't expect any reprints (especially after 2010 is over).

Now $5 each, significantly below cost, but we have to try and get 'something' back for them. We really don't want to have to throw them in the bin after all this effort.

Pick up in Wellington, or posted to you for $3, fit 3 or 4 in an envelope if you want more. Otherwise if you're definitely interested in some and are going to Auckgeddon let me know (or pay me first Razz

), and I'll bring some up with me to Auckgeddon for you to pick up.

If you're pondering/sitting on the fence about buying one, I HIGHLY recommend you do! I've got one and the photos are fabulous. Once the year's over I'll be cutting mine up for the fantastic photos (because really, decorating your stuff with pictures of Amazing Cosplay is the best way to go) and at $5/each this is a STEAL.

(And think, it could be like some sort of bingo to find everyone in the photos and get them to sign them for you! 8D)

Ok, I've been meaning to get one of these for a while but have been terribly lazy sweatdrop

Might as well cross out the 2010, write 2011, and use it next year? Very Happy

LOL, not to discourage a sale, but you do realise the 'days' shift between years don't you? So Monday 11th Oct (today) becomes Tuesday 11th Oct in 2011.

Other than that, you still get the awesome cosplay photos it has, and the important dates (labour day, xmas, etc) don't change, just the day of the week they land on.

LOL, find me, give money to me. Razz

Basically if you're Wellington local and want one just give me a yell and arrange a time to catch up with me. I'm at home (apartment in town now) in the evenings after work usually, and sometimes for a bit during the weekends. So meeting up somewhere in town - reading/Courtney end is pretty easy to organise now.

I am also still to schedule the arcade/games night, so once i settle on a night for that if anyones interested (and lets me know in advance - so i don't lug half a box around with me) i'll bring some along.
