Does it still count as necro-ing if I'm savng space by using an old thread? :p

So as most of you know, I'm a photographer with a kink for cosplay! I do a lot of free shooting at events while I work towards my book, but hey, we all gotta eat - so I'm opening up for private shoots as well.

My portfolio is now pretty extensive - http://photo.little-noise.com and as you all know, I'm currently working for free. The services that you're getting at events at present are worth a substantial sum, somewhere in the ballpark of $500-$600 - while I'm not about to stop shooting at events, I am going to limit my shoots to 15 minutes from now on. If you would like a longer shoot, with several costumes in a dedicated-to-you timeframe, the following charges will apply:

Flat fee for shoot (up to 1.5hrs) - $85
Overtime - $20/half hour
Individual images - $2.50

When the basic editing has been done, you will be presented with a proof of all images to select which ones you would like to order. Light retouching and corrections are done free of charge - for more intensive retouching, fees apply. A minimum order of 20 images applies, so the minimum rate you will pay will be $135 unless a prior arrangement has been made. If several costume changes are required, or if you would like a group shoot, please contact me to discuss rates.

For every image you purchase, you will receive a hi-res jpg for printing, and an additional lo-res watermarked copy. [b]The watermarked image is the ONLY copy of the image to be distributed electronically by you - this is non-negotiable.[/b]

Prints will be available at the following prices, discounts apply for bulk orders:
4x6 - $3 each
5x7 - $5 each
6x8 - $8 each
8x12 - $10 each

I also offer a framing and overmatting service on request. All prints are on photographic paper - NOT inkjet - and are achival quality; treated properly these photos will last a hundred years or more.

I would consider a trip to Wellington just for this...

I had a professional photoshoot (plain clothes) a while ago, and always dreamed of doing something like that for my costumes - plus you're an awesome photographer Very Happy
