(uhms i think this is the right page..)
im going to make a timcanpy plushie as a prop for my sllen walker cosplay but.. im not too sure how too make timcanpy's body shape so..advice plz o almighty and experienced pplz?? XDXD

I think what you could do is make it out of four 'wedges', sew them together, and then stuff it... kind of like a juggling ball, and then get your (yellow?) fabric and glue that around it.

Download that, and then use the heartless' head pattern, and it creates a circle. Might want to change the size a little, other wise it'll come out rather big.

I'd give you the pattern bit straight, but my computer is somewhat too slow >__>;;

@cassiel - so make a ball out of wedges of fabric and THEN put proper fabric over it?

Pretty much, just use the fabric straight. I made a Hibird plushie (pretty much Timcanpy but with way smaller wings and tail ... and a beak 8DD) with yellow felt. I don't think putting material over the sphere once you've made it nessasary.

Yeah, so all I did was cut out four bits of felt using the heartless head pattern, then make up wings, tail and beak. For Timcnpy, you make the circular pattern, and then the wings (some people have used big yellow feathers xD). It would be reasonably easy xP.
