Just a quick question about the Misa costume...did you have some sort of direction with the design or did you just throw things together? I was thinking of making myself a punk-loli-esque outfit but I just suck at this whole clothing design thing so I haven't got a clue what to do...

Also, I might see you around campus this year XD What are you planning to study?

Oh, I forgot to ask;; how easy would I be to shorten the lightning costume? coz since I'm short i'll have to shorten it~ are the bags on the jacket easy to unpick so I can sew them on higher and adjust them etc~

For the top i just bought a black plain singlet and i bought some spare red fabric and cut hole in the singlet and patched it with the red fabric lmao...and then i just sewed stuff on it. and i didnt have a guide or anything..i just stuck on what i wanted on there xD

the skirt i had made from scratch tho...I had taken sewing classes before so I just went with my instincts for that one lol...^^;; if you are unsure of how to cut the patterns and such you should like look at skirts of smilar style and like look at how its put together and try to mimic it. its the easiest way i find xD

lmao...haha ^^; well when i wear it ..it is tight fitting..OTL coz I made it slightly smaller than what it is supposed to be lmao..Dx but yeah it is slightly elastic though , but it also depends on how tall you are as the shoulders may not fit ^^;;...im 1.78m and so yeh my shoulders are quite wide too Dx
