Hi, I have found that the best way to flatten your chest is first you use a bandage and make it quite tight and then get a sports bra two sizes down and that should give you a flat look :grin: and the best part it's pain free thumbsup

Like will it still work for us bigger busted crossplayers?

This coooould probably go in the general binding thread (that I don't know the name of)

@Olli: How big are you? I'm of moderate large size and find I can get to an A-ish size using bandages but to get completely flat I need to use sports tape as well (it does restrict breathing slightly, hurt to get off and you need to use a lot but I prefer to use sports tape because it feels way more secure)
