[WCB10] Wellington Cosplay Ball - URGENT.

This is a reminder for people planning on coming to the WCB - you do actually need to buy a ticket! We know it's not until next year, but tickets are currently at a discounted price of $30 - THIS WILL NOT LAST. Right now, you can buy the tickets for thirty - this is ONLY until the 31st of January, and then they will go up to a pre-buy price, which will be cheaper than buying on the door...but not by much.

Please - if you are coming, then buy your ticket! We have confirmed the venue and are working on the fancy bits now. This show is going ahead, but only if we sell enough tickets - and right now, we so haven't. And as I'm sure you all know, if we don't sell enough tickets, we will have to cancel...and that would really suck. We also don't want you guys to pay the higher prices - they're meant to be for the general public! So hurry guys, buy those tickets!!

OK, reminder for all, you've got about 10 days left at the current pricing. After that it goes up (and will keep going up to the door sale price).

Since the earlybird pre-sales price of $30 is about as low as we can realistically put it, even for SPCC members, we've come up with another alternative.

For SPCC members only ($5 membership until 31-Mar) - you can pay a 50% deposit on the ball ticket (currently $15), we'll hold the pricing for you, on condition that the remainder is paid within 4 weeks. This offer will only be open until 15-March in order to ensure all payments are received a minimum of 2 weeks before the ball.

This payment is not refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend for other reasons. Transfers to other SPCC members however will be considered provided sufficient explanation is offered - this must be done within the 4 payment week timeframe.

Bump - REMINDER REMINDER - current ticket prices finish 31st Jan.

If you're planning on coming to the ball your cheapest time to buy a ticket is NOW!. From 1st of Feb the price will be going up. Soo many people are saying they're coming, but if you haven't bought your ticket yet, you're just wasting money waiting.

Since the current pricing closes tomorrow anyone who is interested in purchasing at the $30 pricing is recommended to contact us (or PM me), and make a bank deposit. The money may not clear the bank account until the 1st Feb, but as long as you've advised me of it I'm prepared to make allowances for delays in bank transfers. thanks.
