I don't know if this award is solely allocated to androgynous bishonen cosplays, but we must take into account that the black mage is essentially genderless, the HUGE cloak gives no hint either way,and in addition to being impossible to recognise under the mask and hat, Tracer was also mistaken for a guy multiple times.

I don't think many people at Geddon realised he true gender until they hugged her.
