Static said she's hoping to have them physically in her hands and ready to sell in about 10 days time, but right now if you want to make pre-orders that would really help with the production costs.

General plan is to do limited runs, first run is about 30-40 units available for sale, on a first in first served basis. SPCC members will also get them for $25 instead of the public $30, and since right now it only costs $5 to get membership, you should get one! ;)

I'm interested in getting a couple for family, do we wait to get membership first?

OK, since we're still in the process of sorting out the formalities for membership (proofing the application form and making sure we comply with all the right acts,etc), we'll work on the following premise.

1) You intend to get membership.
- email sylvie @ little-noise.com with your intent to get membership, and stating how many copies of the calendar you want.
- include your 'real name', address, date of birth, and occupation in the email - this information will be required when you complete the full membership application also.
- deposit the appropriate amount of money into the Society account (in first post). $5 for your membership (application pending), and $25 for each calender, and add freight costs. 2 calendars will happily fit in one post envelope ($3), more than 2 calandars go with courier - $5.
- Note: Limit of 4 calandars at discounted price per member.

2) You don't intend to get membership.
- email sylvie @ little-noise.com saying you don't want to get membership, and state how many copies of the calandar you want.
- include your address (so we know where to send it)
- deposit the appropriate amount of money into the Society account
(in first post). $30 for each calender, and add freight costs. 2 calendars will happily fit
in one post envelope ($3), more than 2 calandars go with courier - $5.

Hope that clears things up for everyone. Also yes, if you're thinking about getting membership it does work out the same price for a single calendar including membership, as it does for just a single calendar, so we're generally encouraging people to join. :) There will also be a discount on Wellington Cosplay Ball (WCB) tickets for SPCC members aswell.

So that's $33 for the calendar, membership and shipping?

... Also, are they based in Wellington? If so, is it possible to pick it up?

Yes, I am based in Wellington, and yes you can pick it up :) They haven't arrived yet - if you want to pay now and pick it up later that'd be awesome, otherwise cash when you pick it up :)

In the first post it says to email spcc @ cosplay.org.nz, but in JP's post it says to email sylvie @ little-noise.com.
Which one is the right one? I don't want to mess it up.

Hehe, either is fine - the spcc address is a forwarding function; it automatically goes to all committee members, including me :)
