Cosplay book - Wellington shoot BOOKINGS

Hey all! Shooting schedule for Wellington, book thy spaces here! I'll be tied up for most of friday morning with a private shoot, but plan to keep on truckin' later in the day, and most likely all of saturday :)

This will be organised by location again - I'll be at each location for a certain amount of time, then will move on to another one.

) you can wait until the photos go up to give it to me. But I'd rather you didn't, because the postal service is lame and people tend to not print things. But if you want to be in a published art book, GET THE FORM TO ME.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

First off - I'll be hanging out at Frank Kitt's Park. This is the little park on the waterfront quite close to Queen's Wharf, with the lighthouse slide and playground.

Next up, I'll be moving a little farther along the waterfront, towards the railway station - there is some gorgeous brickwork in the fences along there, as well as the old Lynx ferry terminal - very grungy, and pretty cool to look at, but there may be cars parked around the place...not so likely on a public holiday though (I hope).

Lastly, I'll be at the far end of Frank Kitts/the overbridge to Civic Square. The park end is nice, lots of concrete stuff and interesting sculptures along with the requisite greenery - samples of what the overbridge looks like here: http://gallery.little-noise.com/main.php?g2_itemId=39 (Page one only)

I'll be taking photos at the convention centre after that, after I've had time to chill out/eat/do other stuff; there were some really cool bits of architecture if I recall correctly. If you're working a stall/doing official things and this is a more convenient spot to shoot, let me know :)

SHOOTS USUALLY ONLY TAKE ABOUT TEN MINUTES. I'm allowing fifteen for each one this time, so I can do more. I found that I had lots of free time at aucks, so I can fit more people in this time! I usually stop shooting when I have about 50 or 60 photos of you, which can be quick, or can be slow; it varies :3

Things to remember and take note of please:

1. IF YOU HAVE GROUPS OF MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE, LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE. I got a bit of a shock when 20 KHR cosplayers turned up at Auckgeddon, and really didn't have enough time to shoot everyone! For more than 5 people, you need two slots back-to-back.
2. You are more than welcome to have the same costume shot in different locations; but if too many people want shoots, you may get dropped/shunted into a special timeslot for other quickie-already-had-a-shoot people. But this depends on time and how many people are around :)
3. I need to be able to contact you, so PM me your cellphone number if I don't already have it. People keep ignoring this - this time, if you don't get me your cellphone number and aren't where I am at the time of your shoot, you miss out. I spent way too much time chasing people in the last round of shoots, and it just stresses me out and makes it harder to take pretty photos of everyone else.
4. REMEMBER YOUR SHOOT TIME! Write it down somewhere really obvious and don't lose it! If you do lose it, txt me and I'll tell you, but please try to remember!
5. If you don't turn up, you don't get to re-schedule. Unless something really awful happens. Then we'll sort something out. But if something does happen, please let me know - thank you to people who did this at Auckland :) I will try and work things out for you if I can, but don't just not turn up - it's bloody rude.
6. Don't stress too much about being early - being on time is sufficient. If you're early and I'm free, all good, but usually I'll be tied up with the person before you. Also I like a bit of time to go through and delete crappy shots so I don't run out of space Razz

7. Some of these locations are quite big! If you can't see me, I might be there, just hiding Razz

Ange - will you have enough time to change if you're doing two costumes? If you need a bit of time, do you want to go 5 and 5.30 instead? Either is fine by me Razz

Umm...probably any of them! The brickwork and iron gates around the rail end of the waterfront would be nice, but so would the far end of frank kitts...so, whatever you like! Razz

Would it be easier for you to just come in Len cosplay, us get our shoot done then you can change to Sakutarou? Saves you having to change twice x3
