REGISTRATION FORMS. So we're gunna hand it in on Saturday in person (unless anyone's keen to write theirs tonight? Email regos due tomorrow). I need your registration form by MIDNIGHT THURSDAY 6TH MAY. Please PM me the following info:

Age? (I know all your names, but not all your ages, lmao)
Have you won any previous cosplay awards? If so, what?
Character? (Ref pics too, please! I have some people's ones saved, but not everyone's)
How did you make your costume?
Describe your character and their relationship with other characters? (If you want you can leave this blank and I'll fill it)
Why did you decide to cosplay as this character?

I have PM'd our music and our skit to everyone - please listen to and read both! At the very least, listen to the song a lot, because the more you know the timing, the better. Very Happy

Bill is wanting to sort flights and we don't have info as in who is going to have the prize :)
We need contact info and their name :) email address as well as phone if possible.
(Actually if you could also forward your form so we have an e-copy as well that would be great :)
