Hey I'm really sorry I haven't already renewed my membership >_<;
I was meant to ask at chchgeddon but I forgot, so is there any chance i could pay in cash? Coz I'm now coming to NZAE~

Mandie: yep, you can - as long as we know in advance and can give you a receipt, it's all good :)

ALSO - we have our first SPCC members-only discount! Announcement coming soon ;D

Curious, when we renew our membership, can we also ask to change the photo on our membership card, since I assume we'd have to get a new card to update the expiry date.

@IcyRose - New memberships cards will be printed, so yes, when you fill in your renewal form you can choose to upload a new photo aswell. :)

@Mandie - Either, or. We'll have to try to remember to bring a receipt book down with us, but if you're not worried about a receipt either of us will do. Or do the bank transfer thing. :)

Just wondering if you're doing confirmations back about memberships.
I dumped some cash into your account and renewed my membership a few weeks ago and haven't got anything back from you guys. Is this coz you've been horrifically busy or coz you're not sending out confirmations at all?

Mel - yup, your membership was renewed.

You can blame the lack of confirmation on me (and i'll blame the ball Razz

).

Sorry to anyone i haven't responded to. Will try to flick you a note back when i confirm payment. We also need to work on getting the next batch of cards out, and sorting out the AGM aswell.

JVCA - Yup - renewed till 31/3/2011. ;)

I think it was done using the $15 you had in credit (when you paid $20 instead of $5), and the special offer to renew at $15 for existing members.

umm im pretty sure i submitted an application and payment after wellgeddon

though not sure if it went through as i havent really heard anything =w=;;

kagerouhi - also paid and confirmed - membership until 31/3/2011. - my fault on the lack of responses for anyone that didn't get one. We've got another committee meeting later this week so we'll need to set a time to print out the latest membership cards aswell, and also get the mailing list active. We've had quite a few people join the mailing list, so will start sending out more regular mailouts shortly, the first one will be relating to membership renewal, and also the details for when/where our AGM is. We're still sorting out if theres any way we can accommodate non-Wellington members, but it may be a case of just forwarding them the details of the AGM afterwards.
