I'm assuming we get to keep our tickets after the ball?
I'll probably just grab mine there, seems like it'd be easier~

Yes you get to keep the tickets - although they will have a hole punched in them as you enter. Razz

Also just to clarify, all $30 tickets have now been sold out.

Pre-sales are HIGHLY encouraged, it's hard to organise if you don't know how many people you're dealing with. Hence the indication the door sale price will be higher.

Going to get my tickets just at the door i think to save teh trouble of organising a pickup

Was wondering is anyone cosplaying anyone from the Final Fantasy series?

OK, quite a few ticket purchases this week. As it's now Thursday post is definitely out of the equation, however if you want to pre-purchase a ticket you're still able to do so for collection at the door. ;)

Also just to make it clear - filling in the form doesn't mean you've completed a pre-purchase. It's not purchased until you've paid for it, so you can't just fill in the form without paying, then expect to get the pre-sale price at the door. You do actually have to pay for it for it to be a pre-sale. I've already emailed two people who filled in the form and haven't paid yet, and since they haven't replied, or paid yet, I'm hoping they won't be in for some nasty news on the night.

Otherwise, good luck everyone with your costumes, and we'll see you on the night. :)

LOL, Yes, that was one of them, sorry I missed your reply. The other person still hasn't replied. Even payment 'on the day' is fine, just as long as we get it before the doors open.

Which also reminds me - if anyone is waiting till last minute (on day) to purchase their tickets, pretty please do what you can beforehand, but if you can't avoid paying till the day, txt me on 021 70 33 57 on Saturday day and arrange to meet me at Capital E. Either myself or one of the other committee members should be about for most of the day doing set up for the ball, so you should be able to drop by and grab a ticket aswell.

Also the committee will be trying to actually have some food before we open the doors, so don't count on being able to buy at the pre sale price after about 5pm. After that you'll be paying the door sale price.

OK, tomorrows the big day - as above if you have a last minute need to purchase a ticket contact me.

We'll also have a few knickknacks on sale aswell.

Glow sticks - 50c each of 3 for $1.
Badges - $2 - limited numbers left before we need to get more made
2010 Cosplay Calendars - $15 - these are now below cost, we just need to recoup some money on them.

There may also be a few other drinks available if you don't want to partake of the other refreshments available.

So it would be worthwhile bringing a few dollars along with you aswell if you want to buy anything. ;)

*bump again* - legit post with more information. Razz

OK, as some of you may have seen on the ticket sale sheet - bank deposit was removed as an option a couple of nights ago. Banks dont' transfer funds during the weekend, and if you waited until too late to make a payment, you may be out of luck. If we can't otherwise confirm payment has been made we may require you to pay again. Should it result that you've over paid come Monday, we will of course refund the extra.

If you still require a ticket TODAY contact me on 021 70 33 57 and arrange to meet me at or near Capital E. I'm happy to allow the pre-sale $40 rate if you can get to me before 5pm, after that it's the door sale price.
