Post By Shellyskittles. 28/12/11, 09:06 am

Hey yesterday I decided to buy an Lavi cosplay from Cosplayfu instead of Ebay in my previous posties! Has anyone ordered from them before? because I brought the lavi cosplay VIA Moneybookers it says that i have send the money to them but i didn't get a confirmation email or anything like that back from cosplayfu and when i go to check on the status i see that it's not paid? >_> I'm freaking out BLAH!

I've bought wigs from them without any trouble, they're definately a legitimate operation. They don't take payments directly: I paid via CCNow. If you paid via Moneybookers, then you should get a notification from Moneybookers first, followed by Cosplayfu a few days later. There could be a delay due to the holidays. Give them a couple of days, then email them with your order number.

they seem legit, sometimes messages are late sending... so maybe its a computer error?

Sometimes online payments take a while to process- usually processing by the company/sellers themselves rather than the 3rd party payment processors (in this case moneybookers)- i.e. although the transaction is complete, the order's probably sitting somewhere in a virtual queue waiting to be looked at by someone in China or somewhere. Most sites seem to say that orders are processed within 48 hours of payment clearing, so it you don't hear from them by then, there could be a problem. Also, it is the holiday season, so their workers might be working shorter hours, or are preoccupied shipping/processing christmas time orders?

And i realized i said Money Bonkers Opps! :3
