As JVCA said, if it's cloudy/spitting - we'll go ahead. In the case of rain, ACP is cancelled.

It's up to you guys what you want to do if it rains but please don't made bad decisions.

Actually I have no costume　like cosplay now...(because I have left a lot of things from Japan)

But it is really interesting! I am going to get a bus from north shore.
