Hetalia Cosplay:Help needed

| | Hay y'all, I need a little bit of help. I am making a cosplay for Prussia, but I am having trouble finding a Gilbird. Also I am wanting to make a Fem!South Italy, with this dress: Here. So if any one can tell me where to find a Gilbird, or a dress like that, can you please ^^ Also if you know somewhere to get a tomato necklace, that would be great too =D |

| I have no idea where you'd buy a dress like that or any of those other things. I know there is a Gilbard pattern somewhere...
If you do want tips for making them, lemme know and I can dig up some patterns. C:

| don't know if this is too late, but my sis made a gilbird for fun out of a Pavlova mix shell(the ones at the super market). and also I saw someone who made gilbird out of a giant(well just biggish) pom pom and added fake feathers beads. etc
for the tomato necklace. just make some play dough, colour it with food colouring and make the tomatoes. it dries and hardens out after a few days.
