Last Year Koemix organised the "Cosplay Freeze"
I personally think that it went really well and feel we should do it again!

I know alot of cosplayers would be unavailable most of Sunday due to the competition, but since the Caramelldansen is to be on the Saturday, They would be best on seperate days non?

Cosplay Freeze would consist of Cosplayers freezing on a cue for a couple of minutes without the knowledge of the general public.

Unlike last year, I'd rather have a mass text sent out indicating a minute till the start of the freeze, so all the people milling about would have no idea of what's happening, then another mass text sent out to signal the ending of the freeze.
This would require either me, or some other cosplayers (probably those of the Utapuri group) to have the numbers of those who want to participate. (or just most, so others could jsut freeze when they see others freeze)



That map there is a general map i altered with a key. To create the least disruption, the Cosplay freeze would take place in the Outside area (green).

Time would be, like last year, just after midday, around 12:30ish.

So to sum it up:

What: Cosplay Freeze
Time: Sunday after 12:30
Location: Outside area, outside the long corridor and information desk
Signal: Text

so keen Very Happy it was so fun last year! except i think it will be even better if we spread out more so it looks more out-of-nowhere

we could play a song real loud to indicate when it finishes? a key phrase sounds good. everyone can just run around and keep repeating it until everyone unfreezes.

and uta pri freeze initiation??
