I don't remember anything tbh OTL I probably only played for a few days when I was MMO hopping during one of the school holidays last year :U I remember spending years on character creation though because of the character limit of IGNs |D

Oh, there are overseas servers~? There aren't any English servers though right? D;

Although recently in around May I wanted to give it a more serious try, then realized the game wouldn't start... I pretty much died when I learnt that FEZ shut down Neutral

Ahh it was so shortlived~ Didn't expect to shut down so soon .-. I guess it shut down due to the small playerbase T^T

Yeah, around the time they shut it down I was taking a bit of a break from it, but now I wish I played it for as long as I could.

Do you think it would get hosted by another company?

I'm still regretting not playing it more~ OTL

I do hope it does, but I really doubt it. Reality is, it's a rather old game, so it's unlikely that another company's going to pick it up. What makes the game fun is having a large playerbase, and it'd be hard to attract many players now ><

I wonder why they introduced it to the US so late... @_@

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. But if it gets picked up by a bigger company, wouldn't that have some impact on the amount of players?

Gah, I know D;

I want to ask a host like beanfun or aeria games about it, but I'm worried that I'll just be bugging them. :/

I doubt it. Old game = so-so graphics. Graphics is a major selling point for many people (me included :U), so that's a chunk of people gone. Then there's the whole snowball effect of the size of the community ><

I've never heard of beanfun, but I hate aeria OTL. No harm done in asking them though, they get thousands of emails each day anyway :V Just a matter of when a real person will get back to you, rather than automated mails and such.

But yeah, I don't think they'd want to be buying rights to a game that was once shut down due to lack of revenue, to put it bluntly.

Hm.. actually you're right D; I still hope it comes back though.

The only thing that bought me into trying it was the Square Enix tag on it. ^^;
But that's probably because it was my first RPGMMO, I couldn't really judge back then. . _ .

Oh I see~ I seem to be drawn into anything by Square Enix too, without even being aware of it x_x; I discovered FEZ while browsing through MMOHut's reviews~ The MMORTS aspect drew me in :3

Like.. not a battle system that just requires staying in one spot and targeting?

Hm? Having a game consisting of the features of a MMORPG, RTS, and TPS is pretty hard to come by x-x What do you mean by staying in one spot and targeting? I suppose you mean a MMORPG, not a shooter, yes?

With FEZ, you click for each attack, right? I want one like that. Not just point, click, and wait.
