Cosplay 101 -- What do you want to see?

So there will be a Cosplay Panel at Overload. We don't have a mic or anything, just a stage and seats. So what do you guys suggest? I have a few games in mind, but yeah, it's for you people, so your suggestions are helpful!

If you wanted to learn things from a panel, what would they be?

Working with craft foam! Especially for armour and props.
Shaping, best adhesives to stick pieces together, best ways to paint it.
Also, how you put the buckles on underneath.

Also, working with leather?

I'd like to hear from you guys on how y'all go about skitwriting-editing-conceptualizing.

I don't know, maybe that one's a bit too competition oriented. I might be the only one interested! But I like to hear about how others go through the writing process for anything so that I can pick up ideas on how to do it myself.

Also someone do a section on which sprays to use for wig styling. Since Got2BGlued stopped being sold, I have no idea which is the best to use and I can't figure out how to keep my wigs styled permanently. |D

I dunno. Wigs. Just, wigs in general. I suck at styling them, so much.

Wigs. Wigs is good.

And maybe... cheaper alternatives to the real expensive stuff. Or quick-fix tips for last minute touch-ups/repairs/whatevers.

^ What can I say? SiFi/Fantasy are my main interests- not that keen on sewing,
but if I could pull off a great set of armour at least once- I'd be happy (and consider myself a REAL cosplayer)! Very Happy

@Duckeh- and no, I don't think I'd do chainmail. Only crazy comp entering people do that.

maybe posing? you could even have audience participation by dragging people on stage to pose like a stereotypical character like "POSE A KAWAII-NEKO GURL." or "POSE LIKE A MANRY MAN."

and you could throw in some tips about being weary of the lighting/angle/appropriateness to character etc.

Thank you all for your suggestions! So helpful~ I love the posing one! And the rest are good starting points, I just need to work on them being a little more interactive.

I think I will also instate an "Objection" rule, where if I say something blatantly wrong, you can correct me/whoever is on stage. Keeps talking interesting. 8D
