Even if we left at the same time we would probably get separated on the road or whenever. Probably easier not trying to coordinate - especially as there is no need.

O.K. I have booked accomodation, I will put in for leave tomorrow.

I have a comfy car, fits five.

But like Anne, I take it some people want to go down after lunch? But you are talking about doing stuff on the way down and taking 6 hours. With it getting dark sometime after 5pm, if I do that I would leave in the morning. I fact I would be keen to do it faster. And then if we left in the morning spend time at the Chinese gardens doing photoshoots!

I am flexiable whatever, am, pm, fast or slow, as long as I'm arriving before dark.

Hey Anne on the first post can you put the details of leaving for my car?
-gather at mine 1.15pm
-Leaving mine at 1.30pm LATEST (unless we can meet and leave earlier? I don't know when peter is finishing for the day)
-please insure you've already had lunch and are bringing some snacks for money handy for a shop~

~~car arrangements will be determined by if and when I'm driving and require Anne in the front seat~~

um.... so where is Peter and Alena staying in Dunedin? I presume we shall have to drop them off if they aren't staying with us~

So Will either I should go in your car, or we can take mine.

This leaves one spare seat in each car. So on the way back we can rearrange seats to fit Lennon/Meghan in one of the cars.

It turns out Will's taking three people instead of two like I though and Lumissne, and I've already talked to Lennon and Meghan so they're going to bus back instead.

Also My car is now possibly full too~ I have a friend who is thinking for spending the weekend in Dunners for a holiday.

Works even better now because we can bring her home! I didn't know Lennon and Megan were bussing~
