Catherine - PS3/XBOX 360

Catherine! Has anyone heard of this game yet? Due to my inability to afford a PS3 until next year I'm watching an english translation walkthrough on youtube. But I must say this game looks freakin' bizarre.

General story outline:

Players control a man named Vincent who, after meeting a strange girl named Catherine, begins having strange nightmares, during which he might be killed. The main story mode, Golden Theater, follows the story between Daytime and Nightmare scenarios. During the daytime, Vincent will converse with his friends as well as try to handle his relationship with the two women, Catherine and Katherine. Most of this time takes place in the Stray Sheep bar where Vincent can save and send text messages from his mobile phone, talk to customers, order drinks, play a minigame titled Rapunzel or listen to a jukebox containing tracks from other Atlus games such as the Persona series.

It's a Dating sim/Puzzle game.

There miiiiight have already been a thread for this.

But regardless, I'm totally keen to get this. It comes out just after my 16th birthday so hooooopefully my mother will let me get it. 8'D Yay for lack of PS3 region codes (if it doesn't get released in NZ until later or at all).

Also Troy Baker as Vincent and Laura Bailey as Catherine? HELL YES.

Oh and Michelle Ruff as Katherine, but meh.

Hnnng. I love that line up of voice actors. I won't be able to buy it until I can afford a PS3 but here's me being hopeful I can get one soon.

Anywho, really wanting to cosplay Catherine. Dem curls.

Oh wow. This game is actually pretty good, and the guy translating has a pretty nice voice~ ;D

However, he got stuck on the second level for ages, tried about 6 times, then he just switched to easy mode and started again.

@Delta: yea, they're going to add an even easier mode to it as people were saying that easy mode & hard mode are about the same

I'm veeery excited for this to be released in English, because for starters it looks like an awesome game, and the dub voice cast are all very cool. =D

Also, as evidenced by Icarus' little quote above, lol Kanji+Rise. Or Snow+Serah, for others.
