Shizuo Hair Help~

| Oh hey guys~~~ My friend is planning on cosplaying Shizuo Heiwajima (Durarara!!) for me~ *O* He has blonde hair and everything, but hes having trouble making his hair into little spiky 'thingies' and making it look like Shizuo's. Could I have some help here, since hes tried doing it himself over and over, but failed miserably. So thus, peoples, HELPPPP~~!!!!
