I have this wig. Who should I cosplay as?

I bought this beautiful wig on a whim... But I don't know who to cosplay as with it D:
Can you please suggest who I should cosplay as?

I can dye my wig into another colour Very Happy

(except white)

If i had that wig i'd slightly curl the long bits and dye it black and cosplay..

Kobato (Need to dye wig brown)
Tsunade (Naruto)
Kaede (Nyan Koi)
Kanako (Nyan Koi, would need to dye wig brown)
Soi Fon (Bleach, she has black hair)

Or that girl from Angelic Layer? (Hasn't seen it yet).

When I looked at it the first thing that came into my head was Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts II. He has grey hair and slightly tanned.
